3. Booking & Cancellations

  • All appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system or directly with MJ Makeup & Beauty.

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
     

4. Payments & Refunds

  • We accept payments via [list accepted payment methods, e.g., credit/debit card, Afterpay].

  • All payments must be completed before or at the time of service.

  • Refunds are not available for completed services. However, if you experience an issue with your treatment, please contact us within 24 hours so we can resolve it appropriately.
     

5. Health & Safety

  • Clients must disclose any skin conditions, allergies, or medical concerns before booking treatments.

  • We maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards, but MJ Makeup & Beauty is not liable for allergic reactions or unforeseen skin sensitivities.

  • If you have any concerns about a treatment, consult with a medical professional before booking.
     

6. Late Arrivals & No-Shows

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or canceled at our discretion.

  • No-shows may be required to pay full service price before booking future appointments.
     

7. Gift Vouchers & Promotions

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used before the expiry date.

  • Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated otherwise.
     

8. Changes to Services & Pricing

  • We reserve the right to adjust our service offerings and pricing at any time.

  • Prices listed on our Website are subject to change without prior notice.
     

9. Limitation of Liability

  • MJ Makeup & Beauty is not responsible for any adverse reactions due to failure to disclose medical conditions or follow aftercare instructions.

  • We are not liable for any lost or damaged personal items during appointments.
